Our founder, Cleta Endecott, always had a passion for feeding people. Starting with her husband and large family of 6 children, growing to include her church family and friends nearly every week after Sabbath worship, and extending to cooking for youth camps across the US. So, it was only natural for her to jump at the opportunity to partner with HACAP of Eastern Iowa to open a food pantry at her local church. Since 2016, the Church of God 7th Day in Marion, IA has served as home for a weekly food distribution to the public. Every Thursday from noon to 3 PM volunteers gather to share food and clothing with the commmunity.
